I hold a degree in psychology and a certificate in applied educational neuroscience, focused on how trauma and adversity shape the developing nervous system. For the past six years, I've worked alongside individuals in a holistic health practice, and for over three years, I've offered Reiki and intuitive coaching to clients one-on-one.
Songwriter, sound bath facilitator, and creative, bringing music, instruments, movement, and creative expression into this work, alongside the science of the nervous system and healthy emotional expression.
I blend psychology, neuroscience, and creative and somatic expression to help children have tools and resources for emotional resilience.
